For those who love the outdoors, Bill Teron Park is right behind the property, featuring 28.7 acres of green space and a 400-meter paved, well-lit trail. This scenic park is just a 4-minute walk away and includes a bird sanctuary and a small pond, making it a peaceful retreat. A round-trip walk through the park takes approximately 12-15 minutes - perfect for a quick nature escape.

Living at 180 Kanata Woods means easy access to nature and outdoor fun. Just 13 minutes away, Ottawa City Rafting offers thrilling experiences for adventure seekers and families alike. Ottawa is also home to four beautiful public beaches along the Ottawa and Rideau rivers—perfect for swimming, picnicking, barbecuing, or just soaking up the summer sun. Britannia Beach, only 12 minutes from your doorstep, features a snack bar, picnic tables, BBQ pits, play structures, a beach volleyball net, and stand-up paddleboard rentals.

Utilities are additional based on consumption, and you are billed directly by the metering company.

Parking rates for the underground are $175 per month.  Visitor parking will be available shortly in our short-term paid parking lot.

You can park in front of 180 Kanata Ave. In the middle of the building, there are two to three spots reserved for future residents. The parking lot is located directly in front of the building and the leasing office. Alternatively, there is parking across the street in front of Best Buy.

While the building is still under construction, we have designated model suites available for tours so you can experience the quality of our construction and finishes firsthand.

For safety, if your tour goes beyond the leasing centre, you’ll be required to wear a hard hat, steel-toe boots, and a safety vest. We provide all necessary safety gear in various sizes.

Please note: no safety equipment is needed to visit the leasing office itself.
